Who do we train?
TTT Phases
1
Initial interview with mentor
to verify the candidate's communication skills, work experience, and objectives. The goal is to check if the candidate is eligible to participate in the TTT program and negotiate the candidate's personalized training plan to achieve the desired trainer status.

Actual training and certification
according to the candidate's personalized training plan. The goal is to acquire and prove theory knowledge and practice skills in the selected specialization.

Attendance
of 5-days 40-hours mentor-led "Certified Technical Trainer" seminar. The goal is to learn and prove the knowledge and skills of Adult-learning methodology to get certified as CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).

Candidate's qualification
according to trainer's onboarding policy in selected specialization.

Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Trainer (CBCT)
- Delivers certification preparation bootcamps on vendor-neutral cybersecurity certifications from ISC2, ISACA и CompTIA.

To become CBCT
In addition to CTT status, the candidate must hold an active certification associated with certification preparation bootcamps the candidate is planning to deliver. We strongly recommend candidates to achieve the desired certification starting from Foundational-level, continuing with Advanced-, ending with Expert-level statuses according to the table below.
DellEMC Qualified Instructor (DQI)
DellEMC qualified instructor in the area of:
- Data Protection – Data Protection Suite products\services including but not limited to Data Domain, Networker, Avamar, etc.
- Cloud – NIST Cloud Reference Model implementation methodology for commercial organizations.
- Storage – high-end and mid-range production storage systems including but not limited to PowerMAX, VMAX, XtremeIO, etc.
- Converged Infrastructure – converged and hyperconverged products\services including but not limited to VxRail, VxFlex, VxRack, etc.

Backup, Archive and Replication enterprise-class solutions architecture
NIST Cloud Reference Model
After meeting the prerequisites, for a selected area a candidate must:
DellEMC instructor qualification is sponsored by the DellEMC training delivery partner.
- attend authorized class,
- get an associated certification,
- co-teach the class (50% / 50%) with assigned mentor,
- deliver the class under the mentor's supervision

- Network virtualization NSX

In addition to CTT status, Traditional Datacenter, Backup Archive and Replication solutions Architecture, and NIST Cloud Reference certifications, as a prerequisite candidate must attend authorized VMware classes and get certified on:
Install, configure and manage vSphere
VMware vSphere Install, Configure, Manage class – VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization VCP-DCV certification
After meeting the prerequisites, for a selected area a candidate must:
VMware instructor qualification is sponsored by the VMware Authorized Training Center.

Multiple factors affect duration and cost of TTT Program participation, thus each candidate gets unique offering.
TTT locations and format
The mentor is available online. Authorized DellEMC, VMware, Check Point, and Microsoft classes and trainer qualifications are performed by our training partners in the CIS and EMEA regions (Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, and Montenegro).
